These are the categories of service providers that process personal data for Feedmate, with where they process it. We list categories and locations rather than company names; each provider is bound by a data processing agreement. Changes are announced as described in section 5 of the Data Processing Agreement.
Infrastructure
Database, authentication and file storage: Ireland, European Union.
Application hosting and content delivery: worldwide delivery network, which serves each visitor from the nearest location (Frankfurt, Germany, for visitors in Europe); provider based in the United States.
Server-side functions (publishing, AI requests, connection of social accounts): the database provider's network, which runs each request in the region closest to the caller.
Background processing (video cropping and conversion, scheduled jobs, backups): a server we run in Germany, European Union.
Transactional email (account confirmation, password recovery, alerts about posts and connections): European Union.
Bot protection on the sign-up, sign-in and password recovery pages, when enabled: worldwide network, provider based in the United States.
Operational alerts to our team (technical error notices, which may include an account identifier, never post content): provider outside the EU/EEA.
Artificial intelligence
AI generation of text and analysis of images, through a routing service that sends each request to an AI model provider: United States.
AI generation of images and video: United States and other countries outside the EU/EEA.
Data collection
Collection of publicly available data from reference social accounts (public posts and public profile information, never private content): provider established in the European Union, processing that may take place in the United States.
Named because you deal with them directly
Paddle.com Market Ltd (United Kingdom): reseller and merchant of record for paid subscriptions.
The social platforms you connect (Meta, Google/YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest): they receive the content you publish to your accounts and process it under their own policies.
Transfers
