This page explains how to delete the data associated with your Feedmate account, including data obtained from connected social platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
In Feedmate, go to Social profiles and choose Disconnect on the account you want to remove. This immediately deletes the access token and the data associated with that connection.
You can do this yourself, at any time, without asking us. Sign in, open Account from the menu in the top right, and use "Delete my account and all my data" at the bottom of the page. You will be asked to type a confirmation word, because the deletion is immediate and cannot be undone: your workspace, posts, captions, generated images and videos, uploaded documents, brand data and every connected access token are erased, together with the files held in our storage. Only the owner of the workspace can do this. If you prefer, write to support@feedmate.ai from the address registered to your Feedmate account, with the subject "Delete my data", and we will do it for you.
Our own accounting records of what each generation cost us with our suppliers are kept to meet tax and bookkeeping obligations, but the link to you is severed: after the deletion those rows no longer refer to your workspace or to you.
Feedmate does not retain your Facebook or Instagram content beyond what is needed to schedule and publish on your behalf. Disconnecting the account removes the stored token immediately; a full deletion request removes everything else.
If you remove Feedmate from your Facebook or Instagram settings, those platforms send us a deletion request automatically. We answer with a confirmation code and a link back to this page carrying that code: opening it shows whether the request is recorded and when it was completed. That request removes the tokens and the account details we received from Meta; it does not remove the posts you created in Feedmate, which are your own content. To erase those as well, use the deletion in the app described above.
Deleting from the app is immediate. A request sent by email is completed within 30 days, and we confirm by email once done.
